Our
modern nut free manufacturing facility
houses some of the most sophisticated state-of-the-art
confectionery equipment in the world. We seemlessly
combine a wealth of experience with original recipes to
produce a wide variety of confections which include
Toffees, Caramels, Hard Candies, Lollypops, Crunches,
Filled Candies, Nougats, Panned Candies and No Sugar
Added candy.We use only the finest ingredients in our
confections, such as, real butter in our Butterscotch,
milk in our Toffee and fruit purée in our Filled
Bonbons.
Quality
Control
Kerr
quality control standards are second to none. We conform
to HACCP
and
GMP
quality
assurance standards in addition to our own rigorous
internal standards. Consistent quality is always guaranteed
at Kerr's. We conduct numerous quality control checks and
balances including inline and end of line metal detection.
Our facility is regularly audited by municipal, provincial
and federal inspectors in addition to independent auditing
companies.

Famous
for quality and rich in tradition we are a true market
leader. We were the first company to introduce Light, No
Sugar Added packaged confections into North America using
the Litesse® and Splenda® Brand Sweetener formulation. We
were also one of the first companies to produce and market
lollypops in Canada. From humble beginnings our markets
today extend around the globe to include the United States,
Japan, China, the Caribbean and Canada to name a few. Since
